Terms and Conditions

The complete course program consists of a minimum of 20 hours
of classroom instructions as per schedule of the school, 10 hours of homework,
and 10 hours in a vehicle with a qualified instructor. (Students are required
to bring their on-hand book for class room)
Course fees shall be basic discount price as advertised, and
may not include taxes or any other necessary disbursements.
The course fee may vary due to promotions, coupons, and or
other discounts from time to time.
Should the customer decide to drop-out after signing up for
the course within 30 days, the entire fee shall be returned except for those
hours already attended, plus $50.00 administrative fee, applicable registration
fee and HST. Absolutely no refunds after 30 days of starting or if failure to
complete the entire program with the specified time frame of 8 months.
You may pay full or start the course with a down payment of
$100.00. However, you shall keep up with your instalments so that we can pay
our instructors to continue your lessons. I hereby agree to pay in full and
also pre-authorized the school to chare on my credit card any balances due
before the 8 months or completion of the course, whichever comes first.
Charges using school car for road tests will apply, which is
not part of the course fee. Please ask for details.
HST shall be added on top of the price quoted. You shall keep
all of your receipts as proof of payments or in case of any disagreements; the
school record of payment shall prevail to be correct.
Students requiring insurance Discount Certificates must
comply with the current Course and Delivery Standards (CCDS) of the Ministry
(MTO), provided to the “Course Provider” (A+TEEN DRIVERS). Please ask for
details.
The complete course (all classroom hours and all driving
hours) must be completed within 8 months of starting the course.
In car appointments
cancelled without 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $15.00 fine and for NO SHOW
you lose the hours you booked for.
Road tests at MTO may be
booked by the customer or the in-car instructor, please discuss with your in-car
instructor. It shall be the full responsibility of the customer to cancel their
road test appointment at MTO, if they are unable to attend.
Customers shall acknowledge
that their contract is with the school and not with an individual. Therefore,
they shall make all arrangements regarding payments, rates and services
directly with the school and not with the individual instructor.
Students must behave in a
civil matter during all training periods and comply with the instructions of
the instructor.
Students are responsible
for having their learners’ licence, eye glasses or contacts at all time during
training and road tests.
Students shall not exceed
90 mins of driving time on the day he/she attends classroom and 3 hours or any
other day.
Students who choose to
complete all the theory hours first before commencing practice lessons, shall
be responsible for commencing their in-car lessons within 8 weeks of finishing
theory hours as per CCEDS requirement. Please ask for details.
Any legitimate complaints
will be directed to the manager of the school in writing within 7 days of the
incident.
In car appointments may be
cancelled by the school on short notice due to: weather conditions, vehicle
breakdowns, delays at ministry test centers or any other reason that be beyond
the control of the school.
Customer is responsible to
ask and follow the classroom schedule (subject to change) to make up their
required hours. Repeats on same subjects in the classroom shall not be counted
as additional hours towards the program.
I hereby authorize the
school release my personal information given on this form and/or information
collected on any other related document used by the school during my training
to the MTO, IBC or any other ally if necessary: “I certify that the
statements in this document are accurate and consent to the release of any
information contained herein to the Ministry of Transportation, Insurance
Bureau of Canada and the MTO Course Inspector.”
I acknowledge that there
are no other promises made by the school or its instructors that is not stipulated
in this contract.
Finally, I the customer, am
also aware that a certificate may be denied by the school due the following
reasons:
- Failure to successfully complete the required hours (Minimum
  20 in class and 10 in car within 8 months of starting)
- Failing the in-class test and/or the in-car evaluation, or
  both conducted by the school at the end of the course.
I, the undersigned, have
read and understood all the above conditions and further agree to comply with
them. I shall return to the school withing two weeks of finishing the entire
program to pick up my Insurance Discount Receipt in order for my certificate to
be ordered. School will not be responsible for any changes that may happen
after. I have also received a copy of this contract.

I passed my G2 today and only because of Sam. He is patient and an excellent teacher. He teaches and prepares you not just for the drive test, but for a whole life of driving. Excellent, excellent and excellent. I will recommend A plus any day for sure!!
